About the role

Global Flooring is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Carrum Downs, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium range of carpet and timber flooring products to both residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing

Responding to incoming sales enquiries and providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to both individual and commercial clients

Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline information

Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to support the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the flooring industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

In-depth knowledge of carpet and timber flooring products, installation and maintenance

Highly motivated, target-driven and able to work independently to achieve sales goals

Valid driver's license, forklift license would be advantageous, and willingness to travel in metropolitan Melbourne
