*Job Description:*

We're seeking a highly motivated and organised Self Storage Sales Person to join our team at Storage Factory! As a sales and operations team member , you'll play a crucial role in helping us solve people's storage and space problems.

*Responsibilities:*

- Answer phone calls and respond to online enquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct tours of our storage facilities and showcase our solutions to potential customers

- Refresh marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth

- Handle aged receivables and ensure timely payments

- Conduct regular property inspections and assist in maintaining a tidy and secure environment

- Perform general administrative duties as required

*Requirements:*

- Proven sales and customer service experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours around sales enquiries

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with marketing campaigns and sales strategies

- Valid Australian driver's licence required for travel between sites

- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in retail or service industry

- Must have permanent right to work in Australia

- Must be willing to undergo police background check
