Main responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of the HR plan for the APAC region and help bring it to life.
- Partner with senior leaders to support hiring, team planning, and succession
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and restructuring.
- Lead key HR processes such as performance reviews, pay cycles, and talent planning.
- Work with global HR teams to tailor and roll out localised programs.
- Improve onboarding, payroll, benefits, and day-to-day HR processes.
- Drive learning and development programs and measure their impact.
- Benchmark and review benefits to stay competitive in the market.
- Support culture-building and employee engagement across the region.
The ideal candidate:
- 5 plus years’ experience in HR generalist, business partner, or operations roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or Business (preferred)
- Solid knowledge Australian employment regulations.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior leaders.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering both strategic and practical outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-focused with a passion for improvement.
