Based in Sydney, this permanent role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders, drive regional HR strategy, and contribute to people initiatives that align with business growth across multiple countries.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of the HR plan for the APAC region and help bring it to life.
  • Partner with senior leaders to support hiring, team planning, and succession
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and restructuring.
  • Lead key HR processes such as performance reviews, pay cycles, and talent planning.
  • Work with global HR teams to tailor and roll out localised programs.
  • Improve onboarding, payroll, benefits, and day-to-day HR processes.
  • Drive learning and development programs and measure their impact.
  • Benchmark and review benefits to stay competitive in the market.
  • Support culture-building and employee engagement across the region.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5 plus years’ experience in HR generalist, business partner, or operations roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or Business (preferred)
  • Solid knowledge Australian employment regulations.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior leaders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering both strategic and practical outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-focused with a passion for improvement.
