What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the Mental Health Service team, your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors at reception
  • Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Keeping records up to date and following department guidelines
  • Booking meeting rooms and managing schedules
  • Assisting with general admin tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing (both electronic and paper)

About you?

  • Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
  • Well-organised with a professional phone manner and great attention to detail
  • Follows confidentiality rules and handles private information with care
  • Reliable, on time, and takes initiative
  • Has completed a National Police Check
  • Must meet eligibility requirements, including work rights, previous qualifications, and health checks required by NSW Health
