As part of your traineeship, you'll work towards a Certificate III in Business, gaining real world experience that can launch you into a range of future careers—sales, collections, admin, HR, accounts, customer service and more.

What a day in the life might look like:

  • Building and maintaining internal and external relationships via phone and email.
  • Managing customer accounts and ensure records are up to date.
  • Collating and presenting customer information to our approvals team.
  • Answering inbound calls as part of our call centre team.
  • Monitoring and responding to enquiries via our Live Chat platform.
  • Following up with customers to request payments or payment arrangements (core function).

What You’ll Need to Get Started:

  • A confident communicator with both empathy and strong negotiation skills.
  • Be able to handle challenging conversations with professionalism and resilience.
  • Own transport to get to and from the Minto office everyday.
