About the Role

Kysone & Co. is a small accounting firm based in Braddon, ACT. We work with a wide range of clients from all sectors, with particular expertise in construction, hospitality, and retail. You’ll support our accounting and administrative functions, working closely with our director to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments

Bank and account reconciliations

Assisting with accounts payable and receivable

Processing payroll and superannuation contributions

Assisting with BAS and other compliance reporting

Maintaining accurate and organised financial records

Supporting the preparation of monthly reports and end-of-year documentation

Liaising with suppliers, clients, and the ATO as required

General administrative tasks and office support

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a bookkeeping, accounts, or finance support role

Familiarity with Xero accounting software

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
