Residential Building Company currently seeking an Accounts & Admin Trainee for an immediate start.
You MUST be a team player as job sharing is the main focus of the position, so communication is important and being able to take direction from others.
This position would suit a highly motived person who is able to learn at a fast pace and work in high pressure situations working to deadlines.
General duties of the trainee:
Reception - Professional and positive demeanour over the phone as well as in person
General administrative/office support
Maintaining Office Systems and Records
Matching Purchase Orders to Invoices
Entering Invoices (Accounts Payable)
Recording day-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales and payments into accounting software.
Liaising with Clients, Supervisors and other external key stakeholders
Responding to all customer communications in a timely manner.
Prepare and organise contractual documentation
Liaise with team members and provide support where required
Ideal Candidate: (Required Skills/Attributes)
Knowledge in Beams Construction Software but not essential
Knowledge with HubSpot CRM
A bright, confident disposition
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
You’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Selection Criteria
Current C’ Class Driver’s License required
Hours 8.30am - 4.30pm (negotiable)
A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work
Most importantly a willingness to learn, grow and own this role
Must be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen to apply.
