About the role

We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our close-knit friendly team on a full time basis Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. The role's main duties are but not limited to:

Administration Support to the Accountants

Liaising with the ATO & ASIC in relation to various matters

Company and Trust Set Ups

Workflow Management

Collation of financial statements and tax returns

Preparing Bills and Debtor Management

Corporate Secretarial Management

ABN Application and Business Name Renewals

Lodgement of Income Tax Returns & Business Activity Statements

Payment Arrangements with the ATO

General Administration Duties

Skills and Experience

Previous experience within an accounting practice is desired but not essential

Knowledge of ATO portal will be highly regarded but not essential

Excellent presentation and phone manner

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Interested in furthering your career in the accounting industry

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong time management skills

High attention to detail
