About the Role

Please note: While this role is advertised as 'Admin Officer', the official position title is 'Contract Compliance Officer'.

As a Contract Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance across multiple centres. You will support the Contract Compliance Manager and work closely with facility and operations managers to ensure documentation accuracy, contract quality, and operational best practices.

In your new role, you will:

Monitor and support compliance with contractual and regulatory standards

Conduct regular audits and quality checks across facilities

Assist with reporting and performance monitoring

Manage and maintain accurate and secure document control (SharePoint)

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and drive improvements

To be successful:

Proven experience in contract management, compliance, or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficiency in document management systems, preferably SharePoint
