Your New Role:
You will be joining a talented development team, as a Development Manager where you will also work closely with and collaborate with in-house design, planning and construction teams, all working as one team to help drive projects through.
This is a full end to end, hands on, development role where you will work on projects through:

• Acquisitions
• Feasibilities
• Program Management
• Design Management
• Planning
• Sales & Marketing
• Construction Management
• Settlement
• Defects

Job Requirements:

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in development management, where you have gained experience working on large scale mixed-use and /or residential apartment developments.
• Ideally, you will have gained exposure working across the full project life-cycle, as well as, leading projects and teams, with a successful track record of projects being completed within time and budget.
• You should have a strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and budgeting and scheduling techniques.
• Experience within Sale & marketing within Off-The-Plan is highly desirable.
• Alongside this, you will ideally have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Must also have recent experience working in Melbourne and a strong working knowledge of the Victorian Building Codes.
