Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement communication and digital marketing strategies

Manage and grow our digital channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and website

Create and schedule engaging content (posts, graphics, videos)

Assist in member communications and campaigns (e.g. membership renewals, course promotions)

To ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all public areas

Monitor analytics and report on engagement and campaign performance

About You

Experience in communications, marketing, or a similar role

Strong digital and social media skills, especially LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

Excellent writing, editing and content creation abilities

Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)

Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks under pressure

Experience with membership organisations or training providers is valued but not essential – we welcome adaptable marketers with a passion for engaging audiences.
