Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and evaluate advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and complete marketing proposals, submissions, Information Memorandums, and cost schedules.
• Maintain and update website content.
• Oversee the auction campaign process.
• Liaise with external marketing suppliers to address and resolve issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing the agency’s brand strategy.
• Prepare and track marketing invoices for vendor-paid advertising.

About You: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience in a marketing role (real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing mediums, including social media and content marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
