About the role

This is a casual Receptionist / Admin All Rounder position at Cobram Heating & Cooling. You will be responsible for greeting clients & providing a warm and professional reception experience, as well as supporting the wider administration tasks of the business. This varied role is ideal for an experienced administration professional looking for a flexible work arrangement.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner

Handling incoming phone calls, answering client enquiries or directing enquiries to the appropriate team members where relavent

Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and data entry

Assisting with scheduling and booking appointments

Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administration role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, professional and customer-service oriented approach

Flexibility to work a casual schedule as required
