Due to internal progression, we are looking for our new part-time 2IC at our Surf, Dive 'n Ski store at Yamanto!

ABOUT THE ROLE
As part time 2IC, you will work with the Store Manager and be responsible for driving sales results for your business. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Creating a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
Ensuring all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
Analysis of sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
Recruitment, performance and career development of your team
Stock feedback and inventory management
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an experienced strategically minded Retail Assistants Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for leading and building high performing teams. Additionally, you will possess:
The ability to lead, coach and develop a large sales team
A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
The ability to follow and achieve wage budget in line with sales
Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
working 40 - 44 hours per fortnight over a Sunday to Thursday roster
