We’re on the lookout for a motivated, organised and values-driven Practice Manager/Administrative Lead to support the growth and operational excellence of our boutique pelvic health physiotherapy clinic, The Pelvic Health Physio, based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with flexible hours, helping shape the daily operations and long-term direction of a clinic passionate about delivering exceptional pelvic health care.
About the Role
As our Practice Manager, you'll be the operational anchor of the clinic — working closely with the Director and clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery while also contributing to systems improvement, community care and team culture. This is a hands-on role that blends leadership, process management, and people support in a purpose-led healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Administration
Oversee front-desk workflow and ensure efficient, compassionate service delivery
Support reception team with scheduling, invoicing, and patient communications
Monitor and streamline internal systems
Oversee clinic inventory, ordering, stocktake, and supplier coordination
Track and manage follow-up workflows
Compliance & Systems
Ensure compliance with allied health regulations
Oversee financial tasks such as account reconciliation, ageing debts, and reports
Manage the clinic accreditation process and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain high standards of data privacy and record accuracy
People & Culture
Lead admin: onboarding, check-ins, rostering
Support clinicians with operational requests and documentation
Promote a culture of professionalism, empathy, and accountability
Update and maintain the reception/training manuals and clinic procedures
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in practice management or healthcare operations
Strong background in allied health, physiotherapy, or healthcare admin
Confident communicator and capable leader with strong emotional intelligence
Comfortable with multitasking and prioritising under minimal supervision
Experience with private health funds, NDIS, Medicare highly desirable
Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
