The Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll provide tailored service, help clients explore our lab-grown diamond range, and guide them through bespoke design or ready-to-wear options.

You’ll bring:

Experience in retail or customer service (jewellery preferred but not essential)

A warm, engaging manner with strong communication skills

A passion for premium jewellery and design

A driven, sales-focused mindset with the ability to meet KPIs

Impeccable grooming and presentation standards

Availability for weekend and evening shifts as needed

Confidence using POS and basic computer systems
