Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for the coordination of Administration Services that support the provision of a range of high-quality preventative, early intervention and treatment services provided across a range of Community Health Centres.
The Senior Administration Officer will work closely and cooperatively with the Community Health Operations Coordinator and Integrated and Community Health (ICH) Facility Manager to maximise the efficient use of administration resources across the network and to provide direction to Support Services staff.
Location is based at The Hills Community Health Centre but may be required to work across other community health sites including Parramatta, Auburn, Merrylands, Blacktown, Doonside and Mt Druitt.

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in administrative service provision and / or strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated capacity to communicate confidently and courteously with people at all levels, support clinical teams and demonstrate commitment to quality, customer focused service provision.
Excellent written communication skills, and demonstrated experience producing documents such as meeting minutes, briefs and spreadsheets
Demonstrated experience using a variety of data, record keeping and ordering systems, computer based information systems and electronic health record systems.
Demonstrated initiative, organisational and planning skills with ability to manage responsibilities within required timeframes both self-directed and within a team.
Understand, oversee and implement Work Health and Safety requirements, practices and legislation
Current NSW Driver's Licence valid within Australia
