About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead new business development across Australia and New Zealand, representing AWS 360’s full suite of services including formulation, regulatory support, production, packaging, and logistics. This role is designed for someone who understands the commercial sales cycle within a contract manufacturing or product development environment, especially for health-focused consumer products.
You’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, pitching tailored solutions to supplement and pharma brand owners, and working alongside internal teams to bring those solutions to life.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
Identifying and converting new B2B opportunities in the supplements and wellness market
Leveraging your industry knowledge to position AWS 360 as a trusted contract manufacturing partner
Presenting services and capabilities in meetings, both face-to-face and virtual
Preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals
Collaborating with teams across NPD, regulatory, supply chain, and production
Attending tradeshows and networking events to generate leads and grow visibility
Maintaining accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and pipelines
About You
This isn’t a generalist sales role—we’re looking for someone who understands the technical and regulatory complexities of new product development and manufacturing in the vitamins and supplements industry. You’ll be comfortable navigating client conversations with brand owners, R&D leads, and procurement teams, and you'll bring a commercial lens to technical opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
A degree in Business, Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field
Demonstrated B2B sales success in contract manufacturing or product development within the vitamins, supplements, and over-the-counter (OTC) product sectors.
Solid knowledge of ingredients, formulations, dosage forms, packaging, and compliance
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and strong commercial acumen
A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel across ANZ and overseas as needed
A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (with per km expense reimbursement offered)
