We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive B2C user growth, retention, and product innovation. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and business impact – perfect for someone with deep experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries.

Product Manager – Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of B2C products that drive user acquisition, activation, and long-term engagement.
• Define and execute product strategies focused on growth, retention, and monetisation.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features at speed.
• Use customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements while delivering delightful user experiences.

Requirements for the Product Manager – SaaS role:

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven consumer businesses.
• Strong track record in B2C growth, retention, or lifecycle management.
• Experience in regulated environments such as banking, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable.
• A bias for action, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable being in the office 4 days a week in Sydney CBD.
