The Position:

Permanent part time (Approx 24 hours)

Monday 220pm-7/730pm, Tuesday 130pm- 630pm, Wednesday 130pm-630pm, Thursday 1230pm-630pm

Afternoon to early evening regular shifts. You will be working with, and managing two other assistants and must be available to help cover their shifts (morning shifts including Saturday mornings) when they are away. We provide you with all the training, personal development and potential to attend seminars where you will meet more like-minded people and continue to grow.

What it entails: As a chiropractic assistant: You will do tasks such as greeting clients, managing care schedules, payments and payment schedules, insurance payments, manage clinic flow, and other organisational tasks, cleaning, playing with children and holding babies, all while interacting and building relationships with our practice members. You must love people, children and dogs.

What it entails: As a practice manager:

You must be relaxed, patient and confident managing a team, and will be overseeing rosters, overseeing payroll, hiring and training, staff, performance management as well as working with the clinic director and other specialists to meet their needs, supporting the wellbeing of the other assistants, and other organisational tasks.

Regular shifts with above- the -award- hourly wage for Health Professionals and Support Services Award - Support Services Employee 4-8 as your competency improves, and you assume the practice manager role.

There will be an extended training period so that you are able to train others as a practice manager.
