AR

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Processing of payments, credit notes, refunds and cash receipts

Handling customer enquiries regarding accounts receivable

Raising and sending invoices to customers

Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them

Data entry of accounts receivable transactions into the general ledger

Reconciliation of accounts

Monthly reporting on accounts receivable

Generation of and mail out of monthly statements

Ad-hoc duties as required

AP

Processing supplier payments within supplier trading terms

Help monitor daily banking activities and provide accurate supplier payment data for the company's cash flow forecast.

Other ad hoc projects assigned by your manager

Skills and Experience

Prior experience in a similar position

Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Office

Experience in Xero is an advantage

Positive and vibrant personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team to achieve results
