About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and driven Practice Manager to join the team at Paul J Torzillo Pty Ltd in Newtown, NSW. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business. This full-time role is a pivotal position within the organisation, with the opportunity to make a significant impact.

What you'll be doing

Managing the administrative functions of the practice, including staff scheduling, payroll, and ordering of supplies

Overseeing the patient experience, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient appointment bookings

Implementing and maintaining effective systems and processes to improve practice efficiency

Liaising with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care

Analysing practice data and metrics to identify areas for improvement

Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare administration role

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, staff, and healthcare providers

Proficient in the use of practice management software and other relevant IT systems

Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to self motivate
