Administration Officer - Full-time or Job Share Weekdays
Must have aged care experience including general administration/reception duties such as:
Reception: great phone manner, welcoming visitors, assisting with entry requirements, managing enquiries from residents & families, etc.
Sales: assist with showing prospective residents/families the Home, liaising with social workers and prospective residents, and generating/maintaining resident admission documentation.
Accounts: ensuring accounts are sent to finance and liaising with residents & families.
Admin support: assist the facility manager with the management of the Home including ordering supplies, managing staff enquiries, staff roster management, etc.
Languages: English required; Italian-speakers highly desirable.
IT: competent in Microsoft Office apps; ability to use rostering & other apps.
Successful applicants should have the following prior to commencement:
Current NDIS worker screening check or can obtain
