About the role

Step into a pivotal leadership role within AC3’s Specialist Services team. You’ll lead a skilled group of CloudOps engineers supporting mission-critical infrastructure across public and private cloud platforms.

You’ll manage delivery performance, drive technical excellence, and support your team’s growth—while acting as the go-to escalation point for high-impact issues.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Engineers across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms
• Set team direction and expectations, while ensuring service performance remains high across all accounts
• Act as the final escalation point for complex or high-impact incidents
• Champion tooling, automation, and service improvement
• Oversee resource planning, succession plans, and professional development activities
• Support cross-functional initiatives across Managed Services practices

What you’ll bring

• Prior experience leading technical teams in a Cloud or Infrastructure operations environment
• Previous experience supporting complex cloud (AWS, Azure, VMware), Windows, or Linux environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills – across both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in MSP, SI, or large enterprise environments
• ITIL and relevant vendor certifications

• $140,000 - $150,000 Base + Superannuation + Allowances + Bonus
