As the People Operations Team Lead, you will lead a close-knit team, oversee operational reporting, ensure data accuracy, drive process and system enhancements, manage general enquiries, and act as the key escalation point for complex issues.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised, highly personable and hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving continuous improvements to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, coaching and mentoring the people connect team, fostering continuous development and consistently delivering exceptional customer service standards.
- Driving initiatives focused on process optimisation, data quality improvement, and enhancing overall customer and stakeholder experiences.
- Contributing to the creation and implementation of effective systems, policies, training materials, and practical guides to build team and stakeholder capability
- Conducting regular reporting and audits to ensure data integrity within the HCM system.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for escalations and complex employee issues, providing expert resolution.
- Building trust and engagement across the organisation through clear, transparent, and effective communication.
To be Successful in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a shared services or HR operations environment
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to coach, inspire, and support a team—while remaining hands-on
- Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities, with a flexible approach to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Outstanding customer service focus, with highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in HCM systems, with advanced Excel skills
