Your Role: A Dynamic Blend of Frontline Service and Operational Support

This versatile role offers exposure across multiple departments and responsibilities, including:

Reception & Client Engagement

Welcoming clients and guests with professionalism and warmth

Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Overseeing mail, deliveries, and general reception duties

Sales & Contracts Administration

Supporting residential and commercial sales teams with listings, contracts, and compliance

Assisting in database management, document preparation, and property marketing

Liaising with agents, solicitors, vendors, and buyers for seamless sales administration

Marketing Support

Assisting with marketing collateral and promotional materials

Coordinating campaign activity, event planning, and brand updates

Supporting digital and social media activities in line with brand standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a committed all-rounder who brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a passion for learning. The ideal candidate will:

Have prior administration experience (real estate or professional services preferred)

Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills

Display excellent written and verbal communication

Be confident using Microsoft Office (experience with CRM systems and platforms like Rex, Property Me, or Adobe Suite is a bonus)

Present professionally and take pride in maintaining an efficient workspace

Be a quick learner with the desire to grow the role as the business evolves
