About the Role
Our client is a well known multinational organisation that is the lead player in their field. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a Finance Manager to join their head office finance team. With career progression across the team and several business units they are a fantastic organisation to continue your commercial career in.

The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this position will be responsible for all financial management, reporting and control across Real Estate and Head Office entities for this organisation.

• Leadership and guidance of the properties and corporate accounting teams
• Direct and review business planning, annual budgeting, monthly review, and reforecasting of properties business
• Timely preparation of monthly management reporting of corporate overheads
• Review the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages
• Monthly updates of properties project management reporting and feasibilities
• Ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

The successful applicant with have
You will be an experienced finance professional who is CA/ CPA qualified and started your career in Big 4. You will have strong technical accounting skills, with expertise in reporting, overheads and valuations. You will have a track record of leading process improvement initiatives. Experience within a large ASX listed or multinational environment will be considered as highly advantageous.
