This leading Australian property and investment company specialises in the acquisition, management, leasing and development of a diversified property portfolio throughout Australia. They have been hugely successful for a long period of time and have been experiencing incredible growth across all areas. A fantastic opportunity now exists for a talented Finance Manager to join the team. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a team of 4 and have responsibilities including:

Monthly, quarterly and year end reporting across the property portfolio

Budgeting and forecasting

Variance analysis and associated commentaries

Board reporting

Lead and mentor the finance team, including delegating work and review

Performance reporting and variance analysis

Interpreting leases and making recommendations

Ad hoc projects and process improvements

To be considered for this exciting leadership opportunity, you will be CA/CPA qualified, have extensive experience working within the property sector and have prior team leadership experience. Additionally, you will be an excellent communicator, have an analytical mindset and a hands on approach.
