• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Actively seeking new opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in recruitment (construction sector experience is a bonus).
• An ability to build a pipeline of leads by identifying, researching and generating new target prospects.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and hit targets consistently.
• An understanding of the construction industry and its workforce needs.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• A personality that thrives on variety and is able to work with all levels of management.
