Proven ability to build cohesive teams, mentor team members, contribute to team goals, and lead the effective planning and prioritisation of competing work commitments to meet targets and deadlines.

Extensive experience across the full contract lifecycle, including strategic planning, market engagement, implementation, management, and closeout of high-value, high-risk, and complex contracts, ideally in areas such as facilities management, goods and inventory, and technical/specialist services.

Tertiary qualification in a relevant commercial or trade discipline, or equivalent experience, with substantial exposure to issue resolution in contractual and commercial matters.

Highly developed written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and facilitate consensus.

Advanced analytical, problem-solving, with a strong capacity to apply insights to strategy development and planning.
