About the Role:

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure that our venues deliver outstanding service and culinary excellence. Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Work life balance - Sundays & Mondays off

Leading and motivating a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Developing and implementing menus that highlight local produce and reflect our resort’s commitment to excellence.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Enhancing guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving any issues promptly.

Leading the execution of events and functions.

Monitoring industry trends and incorporating innovative practices to stay competitive and relevant.

About You:

Proven experience in a Food and Beverage Manager role or similar position within a high-quality hospitality environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting.

A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.

Required Certifications and Training

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Food Handlers Certificate

Current Police Check

First Aid Certificate

Licensee and Advanced Licensee training

Approved Manager number
