The Role

We require a qualified chef to be our onsite Kitchen Manager reporting to the Group Kitchen Manager. You will be responsible for venue food production, stock management, food safety, kitchen equipment, kitchen employee supervision and kitchen financial management. This role demands effective leadership, kitchen operations expertise and a commitment to food safety. The ideal applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen food production in a quick service environment.

Collaborate with Group Kitchen Manager to make food menu and service improvements.

Train, mentor and supervise Kitchen employees and service team employees.

Compliance with Food Safety regulations.

Management of brand-new kitchen assets and environment.

Financial management of venue kitchen operations.

Play a leadership role to achieve high quality customer experiences.

What we are looking for:

Holds recognised trade qualifications in cookery (qualified Chef).

Prior supervisor and/ management experience in kitchen operations (Chef De Partie or above) is essential.

Holds current certifications in Food Safety Supervisor, Food Handling and First Aid.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive setting.

A positive, proactive mindset and strong leadership skills.
