Hi Quality Concrete ACT is looking for someone to fill the role of bookkeeper and office manager. The successful applicant will be required to work full-time. We may also consider a part time role for the right person. Our office is located in Fyshwick and we are looking to fill the role as soon as possible. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

The duties of this role include:

Processing weekly payroll, quarterly superannuation payments and all other related HR matters

Regular bank reconciliations

Account reconciliations to assist in BAS lodgement completed by external accountant.

Processing of accounts receivable & assisting in debt collection

Processing of accounts payable including month end account payments

Maintaining company insurances including communicating with our insurance brokers to ensure adequate insurances are in place

Administration support to Management

The successful candidate would ideally have the following experience and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

• Minimum Cert IV in Accounting. Diploma or Degree would be an advantage

• Extensive knowledge and experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of the construction industry an advantage

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in Australia
