2. Educational Vision
Deep understanding of My Time Our Place 2.0 and the National Quality Framework
Ability to design inclusive, child-led programs
Commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice
Passion for fostering creativity, independence, and wellbeing
3. Operational Excellence
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confidence in managing rosters, enrolments, and compliance
Ability to respond to incidents and challenges
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation
4. Communication & Relationships
Excellent communication with children, families, staff, and stakeholders
Ability to build trusting relationships across diverse communities
Skilled in conflict resolution and feedback
Advocacy for children’s rights and voices
5. Growth Mindset

What You’ll Bring
Diploma of Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Experience crafting engaging, inclusive educational programs
Deep understanding of diverse needs and inclusive practices
ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration (or willingness to obtain)
Driver’s license and vehicle access (preferred)
