About the role

Yarralumla Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist/Practice Manager to join our vibrant and growing dental practice in Yarralumla, ACT. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and managing the front-of-house reception area

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Managing patient records and ensuring data accuracy

Handling patient inquiries and addressing any concerns

Processing patient payments and maintaining financial records

Overseeing practice administrative duties, including inventory management and supplies ordering

Supporting the dental team and contributing to the smooth running of the practice

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in a dental or healthcare administrative role

Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office suite

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Understanding of dental industry regulations and compliance requirements
