As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to support their sales and marketing functions and play a critical role in channel development.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales enablement, explore new markets, and build strategic channel relationships across local and offshore networks.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll represent premium residential product in a trusted advisor capacity - delivering presentations, building agent confidence, and contributing to sales growth through strong stakeholder management and a deep understanding of the property market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Marketing Support
• Assist the sales and marketing team in achieving project sales targets
• Deliver market briefings and product training to internal sales consultants and channel partners
• Present project information and research insights during activations and events
• Ensure all external-facing communication supports consistent, premium brand positioning

Business Development & Market Expansion
• Research and pursue new market opportunities across domestic and international networks
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales channels
• Strengthen relationships with existing channel agents and re-engage lapsed networks
• Identify new markets and platforms for the group to promote and sell its products

Stakeholder Engagement & Industry Representation
• Represent the business at stakeholder events, industry dinners, and awards nights
• Act as a trusted liaison between project consultants, agents, and internal sales teams
• Provide feedback on competitor activity, buyer sentiment, and market trends
• Deliver compelling presentations to a range of stakeholders with clarity and professionalism

Systems & Operational Support
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to reporting requirements
• Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of the group’s CRM system (Salesforce)
• Ensure confidentiality of commercially sensitive information
• Operate in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

What You’ll Bring
• Substantial experience in the property industry — ideally with a developer across medium-to-high density apartment projects
• Strong market knowledge, including buyer profiles, sales channels, and competitor landscape
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to deadlines
• CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded) and strong Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to travel interstate and internationally when required
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
• Ethical, commercially astute, and passionate about results and relationship-building
