About the Role:

As the Assistant Site Manager for Yarrabilba, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store compliance.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee rostering, team training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food handling, and operational standards.

About You:

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in fuel, convenience, or FMCG.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
