Our client is a highly respected and well established Real Estate agency, renowned for their expertise in luxury property across Brisbane’s Inner City suburbs. They are now seeking a friendly and professional Assistant Property Manager to become a valued part of their team.

The Role:

• Supporting an experienced Senior Property Manager
• Liaising with tenants and handling enquiries
• Coordinating routine, entry, and exit inspections
• Processing tenancy applications
• General administrative duties

About you:

• Minimum of 12 months experience in the industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and excellent organisation
• Passionate about a long-term career in property management
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable car
• Real estate certificate is essential and non-negotiable
