About the Role
This is a hybrid support role across administration and property management, providing essential day-to-day assistance to the principal and team.
You’ll be responsible for a mix of backend admin work and client-facing coordination tasks, helping to ensure our property management services run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative support (emails, document preparation, filing, phone calls)
Drafting and processing leases, renewals, entry/exit condition reports
Managing incoming maintenance requests and coordinating tradies
Booking inspections and compliance appointments
Communicating with tenants and landlords regarding updates or requests
Maintaining CRM systems and property records
Supporting marketing activities including listing uploads and booking open homes
About You
Minimum 1 year of administration experience (real estate or related field preferred)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Clear, professional communication skills – both written and verbal
Tech savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and cloud-based software
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Required / Preferred
Real Estate Certificate of Registration (QLD) – preferred
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (if required for inspections)
Experience with real estate CRMs like REIMaster, PropertyMe or Console Cloud is a plus
