Role Overview

Full-time | 38 hours/week

Permanent Position

Work from Home | Australia-wide

Collaboration via Microsoft Teams

What We Offer

Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Super + Uncapped Performance Bonuses (Total: $110,000 – $135,000+)

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate, up-to-date migration advice

Prepare and lodge visa, nomination, and skills assessment applications

Draft submission letters and statutory declarations when required

Assist clients with documentation (e.g., LMT, GTE, AMSR)

Manage client files, maintain clear notes, and meet all deadlines

Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally and efficiently

Stay current with legislative and policy changes

Work in line with the Code of Conduct

Requirements

Registered Migration Agent (MARN required)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Broad knowledge of key visa subclasses including Partner, GSM, Employer Sponsored

Proficiency with Migration Manager (preferred) and LegendCom (essential)

High attention to detail and strong time management

Fluent written and spoken English (IELTS equivalent 8.0+ across all bands)

Confident using digital tools and platforms
