About the role (Only apply if you are a Registered Migration Agent)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Migration Agent to join the team at World Class Consultants' in our Melbourne office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert migration advice and assistance to both individual and corporate clients. As a Registered Migration Agent, you will play a crucial part in helping individuals and businesses navigate the complex Australian migration landscape.

What you'll be doing

Assessing client eligibility for various visa subclasses and providing tailored migration advice

Preparing and lodging visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all requirements are met

Communicating with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders throughout the visa application process

Staying up-to-date with changes in migration legislation and policies to provide clients with accurate and compliant advice

Maintaining detailed client records and case files in accordance with regulatory requirements

Contributing to the continuous improvement of migration services and processes within the organisation

What we're looking for

Registered Migration Agent with a current Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN).

No experience required.

Strong knowledge of Australian migration law, policies and procedures

Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
