About this Role

Handling the entire visa lodgment process;

being familiar with a range of visas, including but not limited to partner, general skilled migration, employer sponsored visas etc;

Preparing and submitting visa applications and supporting documentation;

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders;

Keeping up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies;

Being able to prioritize to ensure you meet deadlines;

Contributing to the growth of the business through constructive feedback

Managing clients’ files efficiently as per company policy;

Strictly adhering to the OMARA Code of Conduct;

Engaging in marketing activities that can include networking, online video content creation, seminars/webinars (only if necessary)

Assessing and advising clients on their eligibility for various visa options (only if necessary);

What You Need

Be a Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer;

Minimum 3 years (ideally post-qualification) experience across all visas, especially partner visas, employer sponsored visas, and skilled visas;

Be able to manage your own client database independently from start to finish;

Be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines/KPI's;

Ability to build / develop excellent relationships with clients from a variety of backgrounds;

Be competent in researching legislation and policy using LEGEND;

Have a genuine care and passion for the cases that you will be managing;

Have exceptional attention to detail;

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written);

Be able to coordinate the case processing team as a senior (if possible)

Be able to work in office since this is not a work-from-home position
