About the role

As a Registered Migration Agent at Australia Migration Services, you will play a vital role in providing expert immigration assistance and advice to a diverse range of clients. In this full-time position based in our Melbourne office, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Australian migration laws and regulations to guide clients through the often complex process of securing visas and residency.

What you'll be doing

Assessing clients' individual circumstances and eligibility for various visa subclasses

Preparing and lodging visa applications on behalf of clients

Liaising with government authorities to ensure timely processing of applications

Advising clients on all aspects of the visa application process

Staying up-to-date with changes to Australian immigration laws and policies

Maintaining detailed client records and providing progress updates

Representing clients in tribunal or court proceedings, if required

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience as a Registered Migration Agent, with a thorough understanding of Australian migration laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration matters in a clear and accessible manner

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' unique circumstances and devise tailored migration strategies

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

A commitment to providing the highest level of client service and achieving positive outcomes

Must have a current MARA number.

Experience in subclass 482, 494, 186 sponsorship, nomination and visa is a must and DAMA or Labour Agreement experience is highly preferred.
