We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated Strata Manager to join our team

THE ROLE

• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Liaising with the Owners Corporation promptly as required
• Drafting clear and concise correspondence, on a regular basis
• Assist clients with lodging complex insurance claims and arrange renewals
• Work collaboratively with clients to identifying and manage risks
• Making site visits and doing general inspections of building under management
• Implementing maintenance programs in conjunction with the facilities team for buildings under management
• Preparation of agenda and minutes for meetings
• Conveying and conducting meetings
• General administration
• Manage and resolve client and contractor disputes

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated experience in Strata Management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop & maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
