About the Role

As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across our Venue, including several high-performing bars. You’ll take ownership of:

Managing and motivating front-of-house and bar teams

Driving revenue through events, functions, and day-to-day trade

Leading recruitment, training, and staff development

Maintaining exceptional service standards and customer experiences

Managing maintenance and cleanliness standards within the venue

Monitoring and managing COGs and labour costs

Working closely with the executive team to implement growth strategies
