Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial strata properties
• Build and maintain long-term client and committee relationships
• Offer expert guidance and legislative advice
• Prepare meeting agendas, notices, minutes, and related correspondence
• Attend AGMs/EGMs (with limited after-hours required)
• Work closely with service providers, residents, and trades

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in strata or property management
• Strong communication and client resolution skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Sound knowledge of strata legislation (ACT preferred)
• Positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative approach
