What you’ll be doing:

Delivering exceptional support and advice to customers via phone, email, and SMS

Responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries

Providing proactive solutions to boost customer satisfaction

Accurately logging enquiries and processing sales orders using SAP and Zendesk

Managing transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless revenue recognition

Coordinating with the warehouse to meet delivery deadlines and delight customers

Following up on outstanding invoices and managing backorders

Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Maintaining precise records and ensuring compliance with quality standards and OHS policies

What we’re looking for:

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in supply chain or order management (SAP experience is a big plus!)
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping accuracy top of mind
• Tech-savvy, with experience using SAP and Zendesk highly regarded
• Must bring a positive, can-do attitude
