About the Role

This is no ordinary admin job! As the Training Support & Administration Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person across student support, customer service, finance admin, logistics, and executive assistance.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting students with enrolments, logins, and general course queries

Delivering excellent service to customers and partners via phone and email

Coordinating certificates, publications, gifts, and shop order logistics

Managing inventory and updating supplier pricing via systems like Shopify

Processing quotes, invoices, and payroll support using Xero

Assisting with reporting, payment plans, reconciliations, and executive support

Booking travel, managing office communication, and assisting with events

Every day will bring variety, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Bring

Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience

2–3+ years in an admin or customer service role (RTO/training sector ideal)

Experience with Xero, Microsoft Office, and CRM/SMS platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail, great time management, and a team-first attitude

Confidence handling multiple responsibilities and providing internal support
