Exciting RTO Administrator role based in Loganholme with reputable organisation!
This is a varied and rewarding role that blends administration, and student support and customer service
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for students and clients - Greet and assist students, clients, and visitors professionally
Actively participate in continuous improvement and quality assurance
Provide administrative support for referrals and general student enquiries
Coordinate student enrolments and enter into the Student management system (SMS)
Issue certificates and manage course documentation in a timely manner
Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information
Manage emails efficiently by monitoring, responding to, and distributing correspondence in a timely and professional manner, ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-up on enquiries or tasks
Assist with preparing documentation for audits, compliance checks, and reporting
Ensure adherence to data accuracy and regulatory requirements (e.g: AVETMISS)
Contribute to the organisation's continuous improvement processes
Understand and apply relevant RTO policies, procedures, and standards
Maintain office supplies and consumables, placing orders when needed
Support trainers by preparing learning resources and scheduling training sessions
What We’re Looking For
Experience with student management systems or CRMs (e.g. SMS, aXcelerate, JobReady)
2–3+ years in a busy admin or support role, ideally in a training or education setting (e.g. RTO or provider)
A problem-solver who stays on top of follow-ups and enjoys process-driven work
A confident communicator who can manage varied stakeholders professionally
A Cert IV in Business Administration (or similar) is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome.
