We are a recognised leader in the delivery of effective real estate training, we're looking for an experienced Administration and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team help drive our success. As an essential member of the team, you'll help maintain the smooth operation of our administrative processes, support our trainers, and ensure our clients receive a rewarding and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration: Process daily office paperwork, ensuring the process runs smoothly, and any issues are raised to the Office Manager.
Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate training session supplies, workshops, and events, ensuring they run efficiently and on time.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, registrations, and feedback.
Administrative Support: Handle invoicing, record-keeping, and support the team with general office tasks.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the training team and leadership to ensure smooth operations and foster a collaborative environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a busy office environment, preferably in a training or educational environment.
Background in Customer Service
A knowledge of the Real Estate Industry would be beneficial, however it is not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Understanding of software programmes such as Xero, Stripe and Wisenet.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Experience with event coordination or training-related logistics is a plus.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
